Charice Performs Theme Song on Final Fantasy XIII-2 Soundtrack

Charice and Japanese singer Mai Fukui
I don't really tell everyone about this, but yes, ever since Charice made a career in the US of A, I kept on following her life and success. Few days ago, she made another leap, this time making the computer gaming community proud as she showcases her vocal prowess. To wit, Charice performed the new theme song of Final Fantasy XIII-2 entitled, “New World” collaborating with Fukui Mai who will be performing "Yakusoku no Basho'.

Final Fantasy centers on a series of fantasy and science-fantasy role-playing video games (RPGs), but includes motion pictures, anime, printed media, and other merchandise. It is a media created by Hironobu Sakaguchi, and is developed and owned by Square Enix. Final Fantasy XIII-2 is the direct sequel to Final Fantasy XIII, a part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series. It takes place three years after the events of Final Fantasy XIII, and depicts the story of Serah's search for her missing sister, Lightning, in a world trying to rebuild after the fall of Cocoon.

Charice, from a Youtube sensation star to an Oprah favorite, who is now under the guidance of the legendary musical producer David Foster commented on her new project.

“I just want to thank everybody for giving me a chance to be part of it. It’s such a beautiful atmosphere, beautiful.
“When I recorded the song, I was like, ‘This is a great song.’ It’s like, you can really relate to it. Not only me, but all the people.”
